What this site collects
- No cookies. The site sets none — so there’s no cookie banner, because there’s nothing to consent to.
- No analytics or trackers. We don’t measure you, fingerprint you, or watch you read.
- No forms. The site has no input fields and collects no personal data.
- No third-party requests. Every asset on this site — pages, styles, fonts, images — is served from earmark.ag. Your browser talks to no one else on our behalf.
Hosting
The site is static files served by our hosting provider. Like any web host, the provider may record standard access logs (such as IP address and user agent) to operate the service; we do not use those logs to identify visitors.
If you email us
The contact links on this site open your own mail app. If you write to us, we receive your address and whatever you send, and we use them to reply to you. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your contact information.
The product is governed separately
This notice covers the earmark.ag website. Customer data inside the Earmark product is governed by the customer agreement and data-processing terms — which are stricter, not looser: see the data-ethics commitments on our security & trust page, starting with: we never sell your data.

If this page changes, the effective date above changes with it.
